Order Status Lookup

Simply enter your order number and the email address you used when placing your order for up-to-the-minute order status details!  If you still have questions after receiving your status, email orders@practicalpaperco.com.

Please note, our standard time from receiving your order until shipping your order is ten business days (Monday-Friday) after your order date.  You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order has shipped. 

If your order status shows a USPS tracking number, your order is completed and has been shipped.

DEFINITIONS (Please note that these may not apply to your order.  See above for the specific status of your order):

Order Received: We have accepted your order into our system, verified your address, and are processing your order to prepare for printing.

In Production: Your order has been set up and is being printed, bound, and packed for shipment.

Waiting on Customer: There was an issue or question about your order. We have emailed you and are waiting on a response to begin production. Delays in responses can delay the shipping time for your order.  We contact you using the email address you used to place your order.  If your order has this status, but you have not received an email from us, please email orders@practicalpaperco.com using a valid email address and we will get back to you right away!
